Payment methods:	We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard) Holding deposits will be accepted by phone via credit card with the details given directly by the cardholder.
	Weekend rates include a fully cooked breakfast each morning, and weekday rates include a continental breakfast each morning.
Arrival and departure times:	Arrival from 2pm Departure by 11am (unless otherwise arranged) An estimated time of arrival would be highly appreciated.
Cancellation policy and deposit refunds:	> 14 days: Full refund, less any applicable commission & charges 7–14 days: 50% refund, less any applicable commission & charges < 7 days: Nil refund
	We do not have facilities to cater for children under 12 The Croft is a non-smoking establishment Please, no pets
